Just walked out of paediatrics A&E with Dexter after 6 hours & not being seen. Other patients ahead of us were touching the 8 hour mark, one who’d been waiting for an ambulance since 11am & adult A&E being told there was a 60hour waiting list for beds.

@Kourtneydaws It was awful Court, I’ve never seen anything like it. I tried the access centre yesterday & had no appointments, 111 & 2 pharmacies. Gone to the GP today who basically said she doesn’t know what’s wrong with him & to go back if he gets worse 🙃

The staff really are trying their best but I’ve just firsthand witnessed the catastrophe of the NHS 🥲

(Id like to add, we attended a&e after waiting on hold for 111 for 2 hours & approaching 2 pharmacists - one of which wouldn’t even lay eyes on Dexter to try & help)

2 orders placed on 24 November & being delivered by @RoyalMail. They still haven’t arrived & they are unable to provide an update on the app. At what point do I accept they aren’t coming? or wont be here before Christmas? I thought a month would have been enough time 🙃

@CotsWildTweets I’ve been trying to contact all week by phone, email & on here as money for tickets was taken out of my account Monday for Tuesday but no tickets. I managed to book tickets & came Wednesday but need the money for Tuesday refunded because there weren’t any!
