What are your comfort tennis matches that you keep coming back to watch the highlights of?
A few of mine:
- Andy Murray vs Novak Djokovic in the Australian Open semifinals 2012
- Andy Murray vs Roger Federer in the Australian Open semifinals 2013
- Novak Djokovic vs Roger Federer in the Wimbledon final 2019
- Carlos Alcaraz vs Jannik Sinner in the French Open final 2025
Holger Rune has withdrawn from Wimbledon.
He hasn’t played since he tore his Achilles on October 18th, 2025.
Hopefully we see him back on court later this year.
🇩🇰❤️🩹
Con 39 años.
Luego de 5 horas.
Contra un chico 20 años menor.
Dejó absolutamente todo lo que tenía y no le alcanzó, pero para nosotros eso no importa.
Novak Djokovic DIGNIFICA el tenis.
With Alcaraz injured, Sinner melted in the heat and Djokovic being 345 years old, the stage is set for a generational bottle job of an opportunity for Zverev.
This is just like the 2020 USO. Everyone in the draw suddenly knows this is the chance. Djokovic the only former major champ remaining. Expect the nerves to be off the charts in these matches. The tennis in New York that year was some of the ugliest you’ll see. Pressure is on.
Sad update about Hailey Baptiste’s injury at Roland Garros.
Jim Courier just announced on the TNT broadcast that her agent confirmed ACL and meniscus issues.
She will have surgery soon & will miss 6 months of tennis minimum.
Her level was one of the stories of the year.
She just beat the world No. 1 a few weeks ago, reached her 1st WTA 1000 semifinal, and reached a career high ranking of #25.
Heartbreaking. 💔💔💔💔💔
Gael Monfils just played his final match at Roland Garros.
He has given his body, his mind, & his heart to this sport every day for 20 years.
The way he glides around the court…
The way he slam dunks his overheads…
The way he has the biggest smile on his face to congratulate his opponent after losing a tight match.
Nothing about this man is ordinary, he is by definition ‘extraordinary.’ And when he retires at the end of the year, tennis will never see anything like him again.
He’s the performer who dances for free.
He’s the painter who paints simply to admire the brightness of the colors.
Beyond his sheer athletic brilliance and his highlight reels that will never be duplicated… his legacy is how he made tennis fans feel.
The last dance at Roland Garros is complete… a legend at this tournament and every tournament.
Thank you, La Monf.

haven’t stopped thinking about how tragic nikki’s story is. having your agency, your autonomy, your very sense of self taken from you is unimaginably horrific. what’s even more upsetting is her being a genuinely good person pre-wish. she deserved better.
