- What happened?
A user bought a 6-month Pro plan on @HabitFormApp but couldn’t access, because of an issue on our side for.

- What we did?
Fixed it as quickly as possible and everything worked again. Then we extended their subscription by 30 extra days.

- Why it mattered to us?
Honestly, it wasn’t about the cost.
Someone trusted us, paid, and ended up feeling confused (maybe even a bit stressed). That didn’t feel right.

So we did a little extra, because that’s the kind of product we want to build.
