At Copper Point Homes, a workforce housing complex in Summit County, I signed SB25-006 Investment Authority of State Treasurer for Affordable Housing to unlock new housing for hardworking people across the state. Housing is the main cost Coloradans face, whether through rent or mortgage. With investments from this new law, we will ensure that more hardworking Coloradans and families can access affordable housing.

Wednesday marked the end of the successful 2025 legislative session, and I kicked off our bill signing tour by signing SB25-002, a new law that will break down barriers to innovative housing practices, including modular, which can be built faster and at lower costs.
