Constant grazing keeps insulin elevated, blocks fat burning, & trains your body to expect food every 2 hours.

It also disrupts natural hunger hormones making real satiety harder to feel.

Eat when you're hungry then stop!

It’s unconscionable for income tax rates to ever exceed 50%. In BC, Canada the top tax rate is 53.5%.

And we reach that top rate at less than $260,000.

The government should never take more of a dollar earned than they leave to the person that earned it.
