#Habs Headlines: Here are your daily links including Armia is a diamond in the rough, Domi says it’s an honour to wear the Habs logo, Bergevin is compared to Gainey, and more https://t.co/FADigEteJZ
"I think what Trevor [Timmins] did with his staff, with the 11 picks [in the NHL Draft], with the kids coming down the pipe, I'm very excited about the future of the Montreal Canadiens... I'm not going to sacrifice the future of the team for a short-term fix." - Marc Bergevin
I know a lot of Habs fans won’t agree with this but I like what the Habs are doing. I don’t love it but I like it. Habs are missing too many players at key positions. A #1 Center, a #2 Center, a big strong forward who can play on top 2 lines & a #1 left handed dman. The reality..
On the way out of his press conference, Marc Bergevin said to one reporter that the price tag to acquire Ryan O'Reilly from the Sabres is too high. "If the price changes, (Botterill) can call me."
Well, I am on the other side of some of your anger today. You asked for a rebuild. This is what it looks like.
A story is coming. Might be the last one actually.
@HfxRegPolice say Karen Lee MacKenzie is missing and was last seen at 95 Highfield Park Drive in Dartmouth on Feb. 25. The 40-year-old woman was reported missing on Saturday.
The #Habs had interest in Rychel when he was with Columbus. Brings an element to the wrong that is lacking in size/skill.grit combo...he needs to be more consistent...that has always been the knock.
Let me just go on the record here as saying I just heard that the Habs might resign Plekanec. That’s a horse shit plan. They already have a 3C. It’s Phillip Danault. So Plekanec is the 4C? Clearly not. So he’s the 2C? So the plan is mediocrity then for next year? Bad plan.
Hearing rumblings about Weber and Leafs we all know how much Babcock loves Weber so i guess anything is possible not sure who would be going back i would see either nylander or marner
