@elrick We need to remind ourselves that is order to grow, we need to surround ourselves with people of differing viewpoints, but that are committed to working toward the truth with integrity.

@foondle@Dr_Vitti Incredibly ignorant generalization about GP. Over 16% of GP students are on free or reduced lunch, which is around 1300 students district wide. The only country club or salon these parents spend their days at is the one they work at.
This storm definitely put a hurt on our city. Glad to see everyone stayed safe though.Friends and neighbors in Woods, we're here if you need any help. https://t.co/iQLuIJc1SZ
After two days of unrest on the streets of Detroit, I am often overwhelmed with emotions, inspired by the passion of people and the restraint law enforcement has generally shown.
Mostly, I worry the message will get lost as frenzied demonstrators morph into raging provocateurs.
I can't wait to watch and listen to @elrick and his Soul of Detroit podcast. My wife, Stacey Hachey will be joining the podcast for a discussion on her experiences being an ASL interpreter and she keeps her hair looking great through the lockdown.
She's EVERYWHERE, but you've never heard her speak - UNTIL NOW.
Join me on Facebook page ML ELRICK @ noon tomorrow (Tues) for the live broadcast of SOUL OF DETROIT. Our guest is "the woman with the perfect hair" who signs for @MayorMikeDuggan@GovWhitmer@marcfell@shawnwindsor
@Charlieleduff My heart goes out to everyone involved- the staff has been put in an impossible position and the patients will be suffering because of it. I hope Tenet is sharing resources from all of their hospitals across the country, shifting resources into harder hit areas
This sounds like a great idea for our local Detroit stations, @FOX2News, @clickondetroit, @freep to write about? @elrick can you make that happen?
