@proximus Apologies is good but action is better. What about offering a failover solution for your clients ? What about having a stable line without packet loss ? At least a financial compensation should be offered in such case.
@proximus internet outage since yesterday all my neighbourhood is impacted. Called multiple times no answer as to when this will be fixed. After more than 27 hours they finally fixed the issue. This is a joke of a service ! Thanks good I had a failover solution for my servers!
