@SiameezyRPGer I think more people were expecting a new game than a port. Parasite Eve is a book series and Square lost the rights to it after the second game so they cannot use the name βParasite Eveβ anymore. It makes sense to use a new name, as they did with The 3rd Birthday.
@fallentianshi @Nindiev I like watching them as long as the songs are nice, I listen to music on my own anyways and it sets the tone for the show every time.
@ArikGenerick @NotNotleyboio The DLC is included in the game they canβt just disable the specific DLC like they can with SH2 which has it sold separately. Rather than trying to find a solution for this they took the lazy way out.
@_gamma3sei Itβs still Devil Summoner since itβs part of Soul Hackers which is now a subseries of Devil Summoner, doesnβt matter if the name is there or not because Soul Hackers is a Devil Summoner subtitle. Itβs clear they still care about the connections too with Mangetsu Kuzunoha and all
@SpaceGunX@LastStation6 @daily_figue @Atlus_West Itβs not bad but itβs hard go call it good too. Budget is very low and cut corners are noticeable, gameplay is really really bad especially the level design, and whoever the target audience is pretty vague so it bounces off most people.
@wiIlowberry It didnβt have an audience on top of not being an overall good product. The marketing was bad in the west too but it still sold poorly in Japan despite having good marketing.
@jjmini44 Itβs on Atlus for giving the game a shoestring budget and bad game design. Itβs completely different from soul hackers 1 too which alienated old fans without being able to find a new audience.
