An AI bot removed my video about how I downloaded and checked fake GTA 6 files for viruses.
The content was created solely for educational and entertainment purposes and contained no calls to action or encouragement to engage in any harmful activities.
I submitted an appeal through YouTube Studio, but it was rejected within just a few minutes, even though the video is approximately 30 minutes long.
I kindly ask you to review my video again manually, as I believe it was removed by mistake.
I contacted YouTube Studio support via chat, and an AI bot responded to me, claiming that it was a human.
I tried to discuss the issue with it and provided arguments, but it made up some rules and said that my Short could not be restored, even though the video was actually long-form. It recommended that I simply re-upload the video, while also mentioning that I could receive another strike for doing so.

🚨 Thousands of creators are facing this kind of injustice, and I refuse to stay silent.

I already knew an automated/AI system would reject my appeal — and that is exactly what happened. I submitted my appeal through YouTube Studio, but it was rejected without giving me a genuine human review.

I have been fighting for my channel for 60 days. YouTube repeatedly told me the decision was “FINAL” and that the channel would never be recovered.

Yet after continuing to fight, I have seen 3–4 channels recovered after 60 days of persistence.

So I have to ask: How long will creators’ livelihoods and years of hard work be decided by AI and automated systems?

Years of work can be destroyed by one automated decision. This is not just my case — many creators are facing similar problems.
