[Lorde Hackett @HackettLorde]

@loren_animation @ultranovasound as is unalaq

[Lorde Hackett @HackettLorde]

@loren_animation @ultranovasound ozai wanted to burn down the world LITERALLY

[Lorde Hackett @HackettLorde]

@escanor224 @SiezerW a lot of what he does could kill someone and doesn't only because its a cartoon. I could name 3 times off rip he uses force that would almost certainly kill people.

[Lorde Hackett @HackettLorde]

@DeeDivayn2Ds the situation in which he could beat amon korra didn't have access to so if he were in that situation he loses.

Aang would absolutely fall for Unalaq's plan, maybe even with less resistance than korra had

And don't be so sure about zaheer.

[Lorde Hackett @HackettLorde]

@escanor224 @SiezerW but he's not. there's only a few times where he is genuinely holding back like against jet. Most times he fights he uses a lot of force

[Lorde Hackett @HackettLorde]

@SiezerW its much simpler. Kuvira was out-manned and didn't care enough to pursue. Toph sure, but also Lin Su, Wing wei, Opal Bolin and a sky bison

[Lorde Hackett @HackettLorde]

@ROGERJACK_ @movieSceneHQ @SiezerW korra almost always listens to his mentors. and this scene despite her being heavily ties up is not a result of her fighting back. she was passed out. they did this simply because they know how dangerous she is

[Lorde Hackett @HackettLorde]

@ROGERJACK_ @movieSceneHQ @SiezerW thats nice but this is all headcanon. in this situation he did not know the archers and had a very straightforward goal, get the frogs and get home. you cannot say he was thinking this when he was captured when we SEE he was trying to get away, additionally he did not seek info

[Lorde Hackett @HackettLorde]

@escanor224 @SiezerW in most of his fights he isn't holding back. and no matter what the fandom says, aang almost never restrains his violence for the sake of others. and this "major" part of his character is quite literally never relevant nor brought up until the finale. go

[Lorde Hackett @HackettLorde]

@escanor224 @SiezerW yes. if aang wanted to escape he would have, especially because in the image used, he was trying to fight back so he didn't "let them" we know if aang is able to escape he will. but he didn't, so he can't

[Lorde Hackett @HackettLorde]

@Marcel12902320 @movieSceneHQ @SiezerW Yes and the only other instance of him allowing himself to be captured without resistance is in "The earth king" but he is captured two other times in book one where he put up a fight. I agree, "sometimes" but not often

[Lorde Hackett @HackettLorde]

@HakunaRobtata @lorxell @SiezerW and?

[Lorde Hackett @HackettLorde]

@FreelancerFL @Blonddieee_ @SiezerW I did

[Lorde Hackett @HackettLorde]

@Stephen06365219 @Pascaliitoo @SiezerW not really. Korra is not the gun-ho fighter people make her out to be. Toph is closer to that. As early as the middle of book 1 Korra will not immediately jump into fights if she can help it. by the end absoultely

[Lorde Hackett @HackettLorde]

@emmywayne64 black panther. equal fighters, he has better tech

[Lorde Hackett @HackettLorde]

@sntvizzy it probably would have shattered against his skin

[Lorde Hackett @HackettLorde]

@Josepha7c same way people can firebend from their feet

[Lorde Hackett @HackettLorde]

@evynomia and yet she looks entirely fine 6 months postpartum and almost certainly would be given a chair if she wanted

[Lorde Hackett @HackettLorde]

@lillicrozma isn't Jason also the same way? or leatherface? or mark?

[Lorde Hackett @HackettLorde]

@neirdolife1 @a_nimeme25 not really
