1) Organisation.
Everything is disorganised, payroll, clients, bills, purchase orders, HR issues etc.
How long does it take for you to maintain a practice before it becomes a habit?
One that you'll truly maintain.
For me it's 3-4 months. Any less and it's willpower/reminders and constant battling.
Not many practices last the full 3 months.
Like 1% at best.

Pre workout is so great for my focus. I get all hyper and get so much done.
Apart from the crash. I guess it's all the caffeine/taurine/chemicals that I really shouldn't be taking.

Managed to get it back twice, third time not so lucky.

@PeterJCarson Yes that's definitely a big factor. However I find that even after being aware of the dx, it's not so easy for them to comprehend and see our way of doing things.
