only excuse they are giving are disable customers. I dont think its true. I highly oppose the idea of giving permission to drive in bus lane

they say private hire want to have permission to drive in bus lane, its a ridiculous idea as they are over 15000 in number

Atlast I took her to Blackfriers Travel Lodge and she finally found her hotel. It took 2 hours. Gud thing is she found her hotel n was safe.

She was irritated n asked for a room. Then to Crown Plaza from there to Portland street Ibiza, Premier Inn, Novatel. Hard Luck

Travel Lodge Ancoats Street. About 10-12 asians guys threw water on her outside hotel. Receptionist checked Blackfriers Travel Lodge as well

last night had a very difficult customer from Printworks. She didn't know her hotel name. First she took me to Holiday Inn Oldham Road
