I’m responding to this b/c of misinformation contained below. I’ve answered the Trump question, w/o exaggeration, 500 times. I did FIVE primary debates and addressed it during each debate. I’ve answered that question during dozens of interviews aired on local MA TV and Radio stations, including @HowieCarrShow, @TheKuhnerReport, @WBZNightside, Ed Lambert show, and Grace Curley. In fact, I answered it twice this morning on two different shows. Yesterday, I was the keynote speaker at the MA TRUMP GOP luncheon.

Here’s some facts:

I was the ONLY Republican candidate in the Primary who had a joint fundraising agreement with the NRC, led by Laura Trump. I was the only Republican candidate in the Primary who established a Victory Fund to help down ballot Republicans get elected in the MA state legislature, like Kelly Dooner, Brian Fattman, Paul Frost, Matt Muratore, and many others, In addition to raising money for fellow MA Republicans, through the Victory Fund (money that didn’t go to my campaign), I’ve donated over $20 thousand dollars to the MA GOP and/or MA Republican candidates. I’m doing everything I can do to help make progress in this One-Party rule, which is ruining MA. What you don’t realize is that 88% of the MA legislature is made up of Democrats. On top of that, the Governor, LTGovernor, Secretary of State, Treasurer, Auditor - all Democrats. Every U.S. Congressperson - Democrats. The 2 U.S. Senators - Democrats.

Did you ever wonder why I was able to get 65% of the votes in the Primary, despite THREE Republican candidates on the ballot, including a devout Trump supporter? In fact, he wore a Red MAGA hat during all FIVE Primary debates and included, in almost every answer he gave, a reminder to voters that I dd not support President Trump. Did you question, despite that, why he only got 25% of Primary votes and I got 65%?

You see, if every registered Republican loved everything about me as a candidate, I would get 8% of the vote. That’s not a typo! Registered Republicans make up 8% of the electorate in MA.

You see what you don’t know is that I won the Primary handedly, because 64% of the voters are Independents (called unenrolled). In the end, I won the majority of Republican votes and the majority of Independents during the Primary.

What you likely fail to realize, is that Trump lost MA by 33 points in 2020 - the largest margin of defeat in America. How many Trump rallies did President Trump do in MA this election or in 2020? None.

I don’t live in a swing state. I live in a state President Trump lost by 33 points. Do I think he will do better this year in MA? I do. But he’s going to lose by high double digits. It’s a fact.

I have the biggest Trump supporters supporting me b/c they understand the political landscape in MA. They knock on doors, make phone calls, go on parades, etc. And I appreciate them.

Republicans make up 8% in MA, Democrats make up 28% and Independents make up 64%. If a candidate doesn’t appeal to the 64%, you have no chance.

What Republicans like you need to understand is that if we don’t get a seat at the table, we can’t effectuate change. If we don’t get a seat at the table, we might as well go outside and scream at the clouds because you will have the same impact on policy.

For example, the Democrats in MA woke up one morning recently and decided to take Mother and Father of new Birth Certificates moving forward, and because we have so little Republicans here, there was nothing we could do about it. The next week, they decided to pass a gun law so vague Gun Shops and Gun Owners effectively can’t comply with the law, which could serve as a de facto ban on people’s 2A rights.

What you don’t know is that 6 years ago, Senator Warren ran her entire campaign against Trump. Why do you think she called me a MAGA extremist when I announced?

No one is trying harder to help Republicans win in MA than me, including my own race. I explained to the elites why so many are voting for Trump.
