I booked for Asaba on the 29th of September with reference OX-21A80D5FB8. The booking was cancelled but I was debited but I'm yet to get a refund from you. I used my GTB Mastercard.
This is more than a month now.

@gtbank , I paid for GIGM ticket using my card more than 3 weeks ago whereby I was debited but the transaction was not successful. I wrote to you for dispense error more than 4 times and I even called your customer service and till now I've not seen reversal
@gtbank , I paid for GIGM using my card which was unsuccessful but i was debited and I've sent up to 4 emails with promise of reversal after 3-5 working days and even called your help line and it is still the same song. This is more than 3 weeks ago.
