وفقًا لجدول القضايا الصادر عن المحكمة، فمن المقرر ان تُعقد الجلسة الثانية للنظر في النزاع التعاقدي القائم بين شركة SM ووحدة CBX الأسبوع القادم، يوم 18 يونيو 2026 (ما لم يتم تغييره) وذلك استكمالًا للإجراءات المدنية المتعلقة بالخلاف حول التسويات المالية والالتزامات التعاقدية بين الطرفين.

yk why? people fail to remember that sm only pays the artist 10% of their whole sale! they work the whole year and they're only suppose so get 10% and for solo works it used to be around 30% (IF PAY)

SM vs. CBX — The next hearing is scheduled for June 18 at 11:20 a.m.

1. SM denied the validity of CBX's claim of a verbal agreement guaranteeing a distribution commission in exchange for paying 10% of sales

— CBX’s side responded that a verbal agreement can still be valid even without a written contract.

*side note: In the emergency press conference they stated there is a recording of the agreement and later on Chris lee and Sm stated that yes that agreement did indeed happen

2. SM claims to have paid around ₩50 billion to CBX as settlement payments but refuses to provide any settlement data to prove CBX were not underpaid.

— CBX’s side argued, “For example, if revenue is generated from concerts or album sales and needs to be settled, there should be actual sales contracts or revenue data. However, we have never received such materials even once."
