Flew #AirIndia from Frankfurt. Was embarrassed at the state of the planes. Please change the name of the airline. This CANNOT be how we represent our country. The seat pockets were hanging, > 90% of the entertainment systems didn’t work.

@airvistara That’s what is called cheating #Vistara. #Tatas full service airline my foot. Base fares should start with 23 kg bag. Sneaky charges. Then say you are a budget airline and be done with it. Shane!

It is a joke - Vistara- full service airline that has a baggage limit of 15 kg! Harassing flyers. Sad for Tatas to behave like this
