Service dominated logic (SDL). Just finished this book, such an interesting and philosophical read, really stretches one’s thinking.

SDL focuses on the exchange of service between 2 parties, & the value co-created through interactions. Unlike goods-dominant logic (views products as the primary source of value), SDL highlights the importance of customer experiences & relationships in shaping value propositions.
