@kimmonismus We showed the world in 2006 that we could tranport data through cellular at like 10mbps. The most complex app was secure email and simple web browsing and blackberry was the dominant brand. By 2008 they were toast. Tech leads the applications and use cases follow.
@PeterSchiff Yo remember that time you stated something like this …. every single day …..and were wrong repeatedly …. over the past decade? Looking forward to your posts tomorrow, and the days after. Bottom line… just buy both. We are in this together. Grow up, kids.
@TheCryptoLark I think these days you’re supposed to go max long and take on as much leverage as possible, then wait for some random X post to nuke your bag.
I could be wrong though.
@LynAldenContact Flip your words around @krogoff …. The US indeed came to its senses. The citizens/corporations came to the realization that the charade will come to an end. People came to their senses about a government that brazenly prints money but the hundreds millions (if not billions).
Currency ≠ Money ….
Currency is a SYSTEM of money.
Money is a medium of exchange, store of value, and unit of account.
Currency can be/is tokenized money.
Fiat Currency is tokenized TRUST
Soooo do you support sound money? Or Faith based?
@JaredDHardin@LynAldenContact You keep saying currency/ money interchangeably. They aren’t exactly the same thing.
I’d argue that Bitcoin is a better money and a worse currency. The medium of exchange physicality of dollars is “better” but comparing Fiat to anything sound like gold-btc-etc, soundness wins.
Gonna start posting daily…
Day 1: Traditional finance can’t beat a halved Bitcoin CAGR. 33% becomes the “hurdle rate.” Capital flows in → price rises → CAGR holds. That’s gravity at work… not hype.
@JPRaubenheimer@Cole_Walmsley I view it as you’d still see over time a move from 10 to 5, but you’d be seeing it as a deflationary effect vs the inflationary effect of the currency.
When things are priced in Bitcoin they will become cheaper as technology, which is deflationary, becomes more visible
