@palmpay_ng Why is your bank giving loophole for customer to commit fraud . a customer was credited after nibbs down time for failed transaction but it’s not showing on his history nor statement only the failed transaction was showing even though u guys have confirmed he has been credited.
@_Abdulakeem_ I made a payment from my @nombahq@nomba since 12th of this month to a @palmpay_ng customer and up till this moment the beneficiary was not credited and I didn’t get reversal. Nomba is claiming they didn’t get a response from palmpay . You guys should pls get this resolved.
@accessbank_help It’s been over 24hrs that I’ve been debited and the beneficiary was not credited . Kindly provide an update about this transaction details are in your dm . Let me know if it failed or it’s successful enough of the copy and paste responses

@AirtelNigeria I paid 50,000 naira for the device and the 50,000 was received into a personal account by your staff at your office which I believed was an instruction from senior staff of the office because the guy is a lower cadre staff . I paid 50,000 naira
