@NadjiaFoxx A surprising number of people don't know basic lane ettiqutte🫤

[Random Conservative Geek @HadeusHawkyns]

@infernoman64 I remember reading all kinds of articles and tournament repots back in the olden days. Metagame website for YGO is the first that comes to mind but I know there were several I checked, and for various games. There's just something about a well-written article and we've lost that.

@BumpstockBarbie "Jimmy Dean"

My first thought was to say "I bet he makes good sausage" but then I saw the picture and he's just too cute to be doing that to.

[Random Conservative Geek @HadeusHawkyns]

@ShamashAran @Solitaryapple10 Yeah, my first thought was that the issue isn't the skill involved in the art, it's what the artist is choosing to depict. A lot of people are fighting to keep this wholesome/SFW even though there's certain groups that feel the need to sexualize things.

[Random Conservative Geek @HadeusHawkyns]

@infernoman64 I'm not sure they'd recognize it by picture but they'd definitely know the name.

Then again, non-fans still struggle with which one is Pikachu sometimes so I feel like it's a fair comparison.

[Random Conservative Geek @HadeusHawkyns]

@fire_caste_tau Tau'nar, with the Stormsurge coming in second.

[Random Conservative Geek @HadeusHawkyns]

True.

It doesn't hurt to advertise it a little on occasion either. I've had this hoodie since... either high school or undergrad, somewhere in there. Still true though.

[Random Conservative Geek @HadeusHawkyns]

@eMemkind She'd volunteer to be a repentia or on a penitent engine just so she could be scantily clad and tortured.

[Random Conservative Geek @HadeusHawkyns]

@GandolphG "Hey, you want to get cuddled by a cute girl and not have to go to work tomorrow?"

It's all a matter of perspective.

[Random Conservative Geek @HadeusHawkyns]

@spaceshark23 I have been working on painting Orks. Boyz and Gretchin for the most part.

There's an awful lot of those little guys in an Ork army.

My Custodes came in. Decidedly fewer models to have to paint.

[Random Conservative Geek @HadeusHawkyns]

@Lorgarwasright2 Ok, what is it about the Skaven that I don't know that's relevant here? What am I missing?

[Random Conservative Geek @HadeusHawkyns]

@DnDOnTap To be fair, sometimes we all need a hand
🤣

[Random Conservative Geek @HadeusHawkyns]

@40kWorldview They screwed up their game by trying to push bad ideology instead of what their audience wanted, so yeah, I could see that. Give it time it'll probably come true.

[Random Conservative Geek @HadeusHawkyns]

@AbeTheShinzo I do think we need more of people getting De-isekai'd though. Also more deportations. Separate issues.

[Random Conservative Geek @HadeusHawkyns]

@TheMuppetPastor The trick is getting the guy to believe it.

Woman: "I like you, want to go on a date?"
Most Men: "Nice try, Fed"

[Random Conservative Geek @HadeusHawkyns]

@soupcanarchist Looks fine to me, I'd eat it.

[Random Conservative Geek @HadeusHawkyns]

I'm not a Tzeentch guy but we can all agree these little guys are cute, right? It's a nice model.

[Random Conservative Geek @HadeusHawkyns]

@CommanderFemUnc Only 4 boxes?!

[Random Conservative Geek @HadeusHawkyns]

@AstolfoDaily @BDEgameowners Magic the Gathering box

[Random Conservative Geek @HadeusHawkyns]

@CommanderFemUnc Outside of the card games? GW has done what is essentially booster packs with models that (I think) have special sculpts on them that you can pull.
