@scherargei It is you honourable senator who is being unreasonable. Why would you draw such a conclusion from the hospitality that was accorded to you by the luo?
@ChristopherMNg7 Please dont manifest your ignorance on social media. The law lays down the academic qualifications expected of advocates. Read the advocates act as well as the legal education act as well the council for legal Education Act.
@sammie95881730 That is not how a country is run. There is a law known as the advocates Act and the council for legal Education. All these acts deal with qualification of advocatess. Why should Brian be treated differently?
@NdangoteA It is because you dont understand that who wins and who loses sometimes turns on facts. An exellent lawyer with bad facts will lose to a mediocre colleague who has good facts on his side.
@BrianMwendaLSK The question is not how many cases you won but rather whether you are qualified to practice law . The other point is that if you qualified in 2022 , dont you think that it is practically impossible that in that short period you argued 35 cases to closure.
@mwelun1@NelsonHavi Advocacy is not just about winning cases, it is about telling your client's story as best as you can and letting the courts to do justice. I think Senior counsel Havi's position on this matter is very irresponsible. Masquarading is against a written law.He should know better.
