@GavinNewsom where is the payments then ? this is just advertisement because I know multiple land lord who applied but no payments have been made. Lift the no eviction first !

@CandlestickWill @beccacamping_ @GavinNewsom and they will never pay now, nor they will help to apply for you to get paid from the gov. because such tenant is simply taking advantage of the system with no eviction.
The no eviction needs to be lifted ASAP then gov. can help whoever can't make the rent if they truly qualify

@GavinNewsom Many tenants don’t pay rent because of the no eviction, and many have reasons not too. The solution should have been gov. making the payments directly on behalf of tenants who can’t instead of being in this situation which puts land lords under tremendous pressure.
