Too many SaaS tools. Too little visibility.
SubtraX helps finance teams track SaaS spend, catch renewal risks, uncover optimization opportunities, and prepare smarter negotiations without giving up control.
**See it. Understand it. Control it.**

I did an honest gut check on my startup today. Founders don't do this enough, so I'm sharing it.
I've been building Subtrax—a tool to help teams see and control their SaaS + AI spend.
On paper: 30 signups. Felt good.
Then I actually looked. Most were test accounts, my own logins, and friends kind enough to try them. The number of real people, with the real problem, whom I've genuinely talked to? Close to zero.
Hard to admit—but it's the most useful thing I've learned. It tells me exactly what to do next: stop polishing, stop chasing vanity numbers, and go talk to people who actually live this problem.
So—if your team's software or AI/API bill has quietly crept up and nobody's quite sure who's paying for what—I'd love 15 minutes to hear how you handle it. Not selling anything. Just learning from people who feel it.
Comment "spend" or DM me.
AI API bills are the new shadow IT.
One shared key, no per-team attribution, finance sees one scary number at month-end.
Fix (free):
• split keys per team
• check burn rate weekly
• audit your model mix
