tbh y’all didn’t see rue’s death coming like AT ALL? cus the way she narrates the entire show and from the tone of it all it seems like recounts of memories or a letter of some sort
And just so we’re clear, Rue died because the bottle Alamo left was the fent. What he gave her at the bar was the regular perc. He left it there because he knew she wouldn’t be able to resist. That’s what makes what he did even sicker. #euphoria
she took unprescribed pills. it was a relapse and the fact he meant to kill her was just to underscore the fact your dealer is NEVER your friend. so many people missed the point that for so many addicts it doesn’t end in a big brutal burn out. it’s quiet, too quiet and then you just never hear from them again.
I think the most real thing about Rue’s death is how life went on without her. She died alone after a terrible life. Her friends basically barely gave a fuck.
Only Ali really cared but most addicts don’t have an Ali that will avenge them.
Having real addicts in ya life who passed from da same way make the ending hit a lil harder idk ts was perfect to me. Cus it’s always when they’re doing good or trying to get clean where they meet their demise. It’s life. It’s addiction. #euphoria
As horribly written season 3 of euphoria was, I will never forget being rock bottom and watching season 2 of euphoria and feeling so seen with zendayas depiction of bipolar disorder like truly the greatest representation of bipolar women
