@Warburtons would it be possible to ask that you do an update course of customer service. I reached out to your customer service team and the reply i got read as if id insulted you and the representative addressed me by the wrong name
@Your_Housing I've had 6 months now of chinese water torture from the water in the attic from one of your properties. Repair keeps being rescheduled. Soooo is it ok if I get a private company in and send you the bill? Ps yes I WAS having a nice sleep I'm not now.
@Your_Housing can you explain why I booked an emergency repair on the 12/12/23 to be told someone will attend on 26/1/24 and am now being told you won't be attending till 1/3/24. I'm sleeping in my living room my bedroom is destroyed and when I ring I'm treated like scum
@Your_Housing can you explain why I reported a repair to you over 3 years ago and you did nothing about and when it gets to the point that I can't sleep in the room any more coz of water pouring through the roof you think it's OK to say wait a month?
