Basically I asked if there is a way to get the app to sync with the information I'm entering and it ended with someone telling me how to get pregnant 🙃 (at least that's how it felt)

I messaged technical support on the app I use to track my cycle telling them that I take ovulation tests and the app has not been updating to coordinate with the info I'm adding in. Basically they told me my cycle is irregular and that I should track BBT if I want to get pregnant

Not at all the point of my message. There is plenty of reasons to track your cycle. I'm so frustrated by how unhelpful their response was.

I feel like the fact that I got not one, but two phone calls today inquiring about why I canceled our pest control yesterday really solidifies that I made the right decision.
