@CitiBikeNYC It’s like this all the time. I was going to ride home now but I’d have to park so far away it’s not worth it. Happens when I ride home after work at night too - one dock will be open that adds ten minutes to the commute. I might as well just wait for a bus at that point

@lyft driver shows up to the wrong location several blocks away. I cancel and get charged. The “help” feature tells me they were within the “circular area around the spot designated as the pickup location” - so why even give an address? So I can walk several blocks?
