In week 11 we learned qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative is procedure is based on the judgement of the forecaster and quantitive is using a model along with historical data. @bus_usa
For week 13, the real rate of return captures the change in purchasing power; it is a more complete assessment of the benefit of asset ownership @bus_usa
For week 12, each month the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reports the Consumer Price Index (CPI) based on the prices paid by urban U.S. consumers for a representative basket of goods.@bus_usa
Week 8 - @bus_usa I learned that the relationship cannot be represented by a straight line and, therefore, must be captured by an appropriate curve for nonlinear patterns
In class, we are in chapter 14 learning about regression analysis. To compute sample covariance, go to excel go to formulas > insert function > and covariance from the menu option. Then select the data as a array 1 and array 2. @bus_usa
In @bus_usa, we are learning on how to use ANOVA. To use ANOVA you can go into excel and enter data, tap data analysis, review your output, and last accept or reject you null. It should look similar to this but using one way factor.
Here is a video that talks about the Chi-square if youβre more a visual person. This video goes more in debt and explains it. https://t.co/WAGcMrf29d @bus_usa
One thing I learned in BUS 255 is that contingency table shows the frequencies for two qualitative variables. Each one has two or more categories. Also, the test is based on the expected and observed for each cell in the table. @bus_usa
@MiaWash62753435 Also, the landscape was characterized by a cypress swamp. No pavement were involved, residential lots, and lawns that exist today #AFRusa20
These Belles are apart of the Oakleigh Belles Leadership Program who represent the Historic Mobile Preservation Society, unrelated to our assignment but I just thought their dresses were lovely! #AFRusa20
James Roper build the Oakleigh House. He was not always money smart. He started building the house in 1830s years later he was bankrupt. In 1837, they had a bank panic and he settled to get married and use the wife brother who was rich and to help Roper pay the bank back#AFRusa20
#AFRusa20 Our tourist mentioned that none of James Ropers' 6 kids lived to past the age of 30. After the death of his first wife, his first born passed away only 6 months after. He said to have lived a very sad, depressing life, probably mostly due to the losses he suffered.
