63 year old epileptic,Tegretol 400mg slow release control my Tonic Clonic seizures, stress is a trigger. Boots supply my meds by post. I cannot drive. Boots advised that Tegretol has about a months’ delay. Boots said try ringing other chemists!

@lovefromjulia Julia, my seizures stopped for a while then stress from my divorce and the Menopause restarted them. I now have no warnings….

@itvnews @epilepsysociety maybe a story worth looking into for us #epileptic Tegretol/Carbemazepine 400 mg slow release out of stock again. Mine normally supplied by @BootsUK or local Chemist. Neither can. Dr issued me prescription so I can try to locate supply myself….

Stress actually induces my TLE seizures too. @BootsUK could not supply, my local Chemist rang round for me yesterday and now my Dr has issued me with a prescription to try myself. @BBC_HaveYourSay I’m 63 and have been Epileptic for 52 years. @NovartisUK what is the problem?

@SawyerSharna @DHSCgovuk @NovartisUK I’m in the same boat. Boots nationally can’t supply, my local chemist rang around to try to help me yesterday, no luck. Dr now issued a Prescription for me to try myself. Stress is my epilepsy trigger.

@BrainAblaze I was able to work up until a #seizure near #nervous breakdown in 2010. Ran my own business #toffs.com, was a Runner-up North East Businesswoman of the year. Since 2010 I can’t work, memory so poor, confidence shot yet still people stress me re work. I’m not lazy, I’m Epileptic
