Issues:

1. Severe Overcharging: Pantry/vendor staff charging more than the MRP for RailNeer water bottles. Usual price is ₹14 for 1 ltr bottle but they are charging me ₹20 for that.

2. Unauthorized Brands: Staff frequently selling local/other unauthorized brand water bottles instead of RailNeer.

3. Hygiene: The coach B1 toilets are quite dirty and require immediate cleaning.

Please arrange a surprise inspection and clean the toilets urgently.
