Today subjected to 25 minutes with one of your complaints people. We signed up to a BT package that included a 'Digital phone line with UK Unlimited call package.' Who would have known that the call package was in fact an additional £9/month. Shamefully misleading practice BT.

@bt_uk We moved to the BT Halo for Business service. Month later phone service still not working. We have reported it 3 times now. NOTHING. I've emailed your CEO on 31/01. NO RESPONSE. I've raised a complaint. NOTHING. We just want a phone service that works. We are a small business.

Sorry if you are trying to call us. BT put us on a new system which rings at your end but we don't hear it at our end. Unless you call from a mobile! Go figure! Come on BT we first reported this fault to you 13th Jan.

@wpduk Geraint, if you are still working today can you please find out what on earth is happening at Cornwall Place, High Street, Buckingham. 3 Saturdays on the trot Western Power have disrupted our business. It is unfair and irresponsible for those whose livelihoods depend on it.

@wpduk Ellie, Kirsten & Andi for the 2nd Saturday on the trot you're system has tripped out resulting in loss of power to our salon and the surrounding shops (including Waitrose). You are systematically killing our business. Saturdays are our busiest days. Help!
