1/2 One of my biggest pet peeves is how senior officers say “well this is the way I did it, so you must do it that way to be successful” when the Army has changed so much in the 10-20 years since they were in my shoes. #miltwitter

@70Hdude “Are the answers on quizlet?” There is no why behind sponsorship. It turns into how quick we can turn the box to green. Try moving OCONUS with dependents and no sponsorship. You will never slack off again because you understand the importance

@BlackKeynDagger @RvaUnicorn Great advice. I’d say every CDR is different. Best thing is to clearly define expectations and ensure communication is happening. Worst thing as XO is a devide between S3/XO.Burry the hatchet early.Always bring stuff to the CDR together and backbrief each other when not present
