Health workers will not be used as pawns in the fight between @KenyaGovernors and National government. Our demands still stand that;
1. UHC workers must be absorbed this September as communicated by @HonAdenDuale.
2. Career Guidelines are policy documents and must be honored.
3. Salaries must be paid on time in line with employment act.
4. Article 41 of the Constitution must always be upheld by employers at all times. Workers can't be punished for demanding Labour rights as in the case of Kiambu and Kirinyaga.
We are ready to defend this rights at whatever cost. We will communicate the plan of action in due course. It will be business unusual!
@MOH_Kenya@HonAdenDuale You're becoming unfair to uhc staff... after allocation of PNP funds you're now buying time as these health care workers continue suffering...can you translate this uhc staff into PNP and it should be backdated as from July. We are sensing something fishy is happening

The same PSC accepted uhc staff to be discriminated against punitive contracts. Uhc staff were frontline healthcare workers they deserve respect & recognition, and MOH should refrain from calling them ghosts.They are heroes and heroine of covid-19 when others were in the hideouts
