No ULS representatives at the JSC no problem.
/ The Judicial Service Commission has now advertised for judicial officers under new regulations that sideline the Uganda Law Society and other key stakeholders.
/ The process is now overseen by a search and recruitment committee whose composition and mandate raise serious constitutional issues.
/ My decision to withdraw from the race is vindicated by these developments—I cannot lend legitimacy to a process that excludes meaningful participation and threatens judicial independence.
/ I remain committed to advocating for a truly accountable and representative judiciary.
