I never want things to get to the point where I hurt myself. But I’m exhausted. I’m tired of everything, and every attempt I’ve made to help myself has failed.

I don’t know how much longer I can keep trying on my own.

After years of taking antidepressants and sedatives, I feel like they have badly affected my nervous system and left me almost unable to feel anything.

Sometimes I feel like there is no way out of that nightmare, and that I may never be able to live a normal life again.
