I am so happy NAFDAC has discontinued the registration of KETOCONAZOLE.

The abuse of that drug has contributed to the death and hospital admissions of a lot of Nigerians.

@powerfulbadeeu I wish I could publish mine. The research project was my idea and my supervisor helped refine the topic because I couldn’t formulate it but it was bounded by my idea. I put in the work into my research tbh, was 100% honest with my work but it is what it is.

This is honestly so real and a bit heartbreaking too. Imagine loving someone deeply, wanting to stand beside them on one of the most important days of their life, but reality is reminding you of your limits.

People don’t talk enough about how heavy moments like this feel. It’s not about unwillingness, it’s about capacity. And sometimes, choosing yourself and your future comes with quiet guilt.

If she truly knows your heart, she will understand that your absence in that role doesn’t mean lack of love. You can still show up for her in a way that doesn’t leave you struggling after. Love shouldn’t cost you your peace or set you back from something you have worked so hard for to be honest.
