@johnEiid @CollinRugg Or maybe because there is a way to introduce evidence…. His attorneys can and should submit the evidence if it is helpful to his case. You don’t get to just give speeches in court. I hope you never have to be on trial, but you wouldn’t be allowed to either.

@cgvdwath @EdKrassen @d2fl I would think the government wouldn’t be allowed to ban words per the 1st amendment. What if someone wanted to ban the use of the word Christmas and force the use of the December 25th, which is a more precise way of saying it? Is only speech you agree with protected?

@Hatari1984 @EdKrassen @d2fl Both of those terms would exclude biological men. So those terms are actually intended to clarify more specifically to prevent biological men from being included as women. Also, what happened to free speech? I thought the government wasn’t supposed to regulate speech?
