The health issue with coffee (among everything else) is Pesticides.
Café Arabica is a plant you can consume all three parts (a holy trinity) The Bean, The “Cascara”, and the leaf can make a very nice “matcha” like tea or add Yerba Buena and it’s more like a Moroccan Mint (if processed and cured the Japanese way)
Good Organic Coffee does not give the “jitters” or stomach disruption.
Maybe 3% of the worlds coffee is grown the way God intended, and as people in that place in Ethiopia came out of the ground; he prob said “your gonna need this plant”… #coffee

Potting has a pace and production pace as solo operator, then it needs to be streamlined and not expensive. A good work station that's outdoors I call on x2 "Burro Sawhorses" with a boxed screen and set a little up hill so there's good ergonomics.

@HedgieMarkets …peaches require a lot of water; not sure pistachios are more water intensive. Almonds and pistachios are significantly better crops to be grown in our region.
