The SEC has no choice but to approve the #Bitcoin spot ETF.

They haven't appealed Grayscale's win, meaning they have no basis to reject ANY Bitcoin Spot ETF.

The final deadline for the initial application from ARK is set for January 10, 2024.

If the SEC were to approve any ETF, it's likely they would approve all of them simultaneously. They wouldn't just accept BlackRock's and deny the others.

Therefore, I expect the first BTC spot ETF to be introduced before January 10, 2024, and most likely even earlier.
