@Airtel_Presence Eventually I was forced to pay extra for the same. This was clearly an accounts error of the Airtel team and i am paying for it. @Airtel_Presence

I paid for 12 months plan for Airtel Xtreme fibre on March 11, 2023. My existing plan was for 6 months and was about to expire on March 27, 2023. I was billed for 6 months instead of 12 months. I have raised many complaints but no response till date @airtelindia @AirtelXtreme

@SwiggyCares Well, i got no compensation. Instead i got a mail stating "we will not have an option to process the refund since we were unable to validate your claim" i have no idea what issues you are facing in validating the claim.
