@JoJoFromJerz The suit was civil, not criminal, so the burden of proof is lower. Also, the charges were bogus, even laughable in their vagueness. Also, predjuced juries exist. All in all, it was a railroad job, but technically lawful, so the SC had no choice but to uphold it. 🤷‍♂️
