Every year after the season ends,
I hear coaches say the same thing:
“I can’t win at this school.”
That sentence drives me crazy—
because it’s not true.
Four years ago, I left a powerhouse program—
State podiums, individual titles, the whole thing—
to take over a team that hadn’t made it out of District since 2008.
Title 1 school.
Ten girls in the entire program.
Fifteen years of losing.
Four years later:
Four straight Regional trips.
And last year, our first State appearance in school history.
Same kids. Same facilities. Same everything.
The difference?
Belief.
1️⃣ I believe I can win anywhere.
2️⃣ I teach my athletes to believe they can win anywhere.
3️⃣ I hold that standard until they start believing it too.
👉 Takeaway:
The most important variable in any program
isn’t talent, facilities, or funding.
It’s belief.
And that starts with you.
I'm so proud of how hard these girls played this weekend! They came in determined to be district champions and took care of business! This group has a bright future ahead! Good luck in high school next year, ladies!
8th Grade District Champs! 🧡🖤🧡🖤
Coach Keeler deserves a statue outside of Bowers Stadium.
Bringing a National Championship to Huntsville + early success in our FBS transition
Keeler continuously surrounded himself with great players and great coaches. He will be deeply missed at Sam Houston
While your competition’s running on spreadsheets and 'good vibes only'—you could be using data with surgical precision.
Here’s what they’re missing:
• 40% better training precision
• 3x more injury prevention
• Race day predictions that almost feel like cheating
Evolve with data—or keep rolling the dice.
USA’s Cole Hocker IS COLD BLOODED as he pulls off the MASSIVE UPSET to win Olympic Gold in the 1500m in Paris.
Yared Nuguse took Bronze.
Two Americans haven’t been on the podium of the 1500m at the Olympics since 1912.
USA Middle Distance IS BACK!!!
Sydney McLaughlin Levrone is the greatest. of. all. time.
For the FIFTH time in her career, @GoSydGo resets the world record in the 400m hurdles, lowering her 50.68 from 2022 to 50.65 at the U.S. Olympic Trials.
Her margin of victory was 1.99 seconds. Her time is faster than anyone else in the world this year by 1.83 seconds.
Oh, yeah, she’s also still only 24 years old.
Friday Fun Day with my 7th grade girls!🤘🏼
Had a fun workout planned today that included tricep dips, running up and going down 20 slides, some monkey bars, and ended with a jog back to the school to have some yummy popcicles😋🛝🙉🏃🏻♀️
The moment we’ve been waiting for is here. 💫🐭 “Fantasmic!” returns to Disney’s Hollywood Studios Nov. 3! Back and better than ever with a brand-new show sequence, find out more: https://t.co/nIFwYxLRby
We were at Disney World in 2004 when Hurricane Charley hit. We saw some horrible guest behavior. As Hurricane Ian heads to Orlando please remember that cast members are people too and worried about their own families and homes. Be extra kind at this very scary time.
