Yesterday the House voted down @RashidaTlaib’s War Powers Resolution to end U.S. participation in Israel’s ongoing invasion of Lebanon. Dan Goldman voted against it. He has voted for every standalone U.S. military aid package to Israel to destroy Gaza. Apparently, he’s comfortable with what’s going on in Lebanon as well.
I would have joined the Congressional Progressive Caucus in supporting the resolution. Trump & Netanyahu launched this war together, and the U.S. is directly complicit in the immense suffering & displacement endured by the Lebanese people. It must end now.
Don’t let anyone tell you that you need to choose between someone who wants to make change and someone who knows what they’re doing.
Because in order to make change, you better know what you’re doing. #NY12Debate
I'm not a tech bro. I'm not a TikTok star. I'm someone who knows what it takes to fight back against Trump, and to deliver for New Yorkers.
I've been doing it my entire career. It's what I'm going to do in Congress.
Alex Bores said he left Palantir to protest its work with ICE. The timeline complicates that, as @Annie_McDonough reported way back in January: https://t.co/A4UxigffzE
Brad Lander said he cut ties with DSA for promoting a controversial pro-Palestinian rally the day after Hamas attacked Israel. Darializa Avila Chevalier attended that October 8 rally.

Today we saw a dramatic change in @edmarkey campaigning tactics. Here’s my take, FWIW:
Markey’s best chance of beating @sethmoulton was denying him 15% at the convention. They failed pretty badly at that.
So today, they make two big (and a bit desperate) U-turns. First, after months of dodging Moulton, they finally agree to more debates. Second, for the first time in the campaign, Markey directly attacked Moulton.
It’s never a good sign for a 50-year incumbent to have to go negative personally so early in a campaign. Similarly, not a good sign when the incumbent is all of a sudden pushing for more debates.
But Markey has been under 50% in all the recent public polling (another bad sign for an incumbent), and it’s clear that Moulton’s campaign has momentum.
The good news? Voters will get to see them both on the debate stage multiple times, and can make a clear determination between the status quo and new leadership.
That’s a good debate for Massachusetts and the country.
New York Democrat Micah Lasher disgustingly smears President Trump as a "fascist."
LASHER: “I’ve been the legislature’s leader in fighting back against the fascist in the White House."
Rep. Dan Goldman running a facetiously negative ad against himself in #NY10:
"Who's backing Dan Goldman and his radical agenda? Planned Parenthood, because he fully supports abortion rights. Sierra Club, because he wants to spend billions on the Green New Deal."
.@CaitforNewYork has vigorously denied accusations from her opponent @BethDavidson17 that the two tech companies she works for help ICE.
Well, the LinkedIn bio of one @primer_ai employee suggests otherwise.
Of all the 7,386 state legislators nationally, “not a single one has been more effective at pushing back on the Trump administration than Micah” Lasher—who's running for Congress in NY-12:

Democrats need to be wildly ambitious — and focused on improving the lives of working families — if we are going to save the country from Trump and Trumpism.
I sat down with @thenation to talk about how I'd do exactly that in Congress. Read more:

Friendly reminder: The only real dark money SuperPAC spending in the NY-10 primary is boosting Brad Lander. And it's funded by Republicans. Funny how that works out!
