vs

Hyderabad is a tier-1 mega-metropolis anchoring 11.6 million people and driving global tech across nearly 2000 sq km.

Compare Bhubaneshwar to Tirupati or Vijayawada or Kakinada which are far cleaner and better planned than Bhubaneswar.

Hyderabad's competition is with Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi not a baby town aspiring to be a big boy.
