Our main goal for now is to make a working prototype for “Web3 Ekub” and stress test it to test out its potential.

Currently, Fanos crypto members will be using this Digital ekub to reap its benefit. So through time, we will reach mass adaption if things go on our way.

Ethiopian Ekub is a traditional savings and social support system that holds significant cultural and economic importance in Ethiopia.

It has been practiced for thousands of years and still is with a high activity. Nearly 20-30% of adult still use “ekub” in their day to day life. Especially, in Merkato, the biggest open market in Africa, has the highest usage over all.

That’s like 20-40m people active participants, if we decentralize digital ekub, we can onboard this people to crypto as well🚀
