@NevilleHart5 @SY_Supertram According to their customer charter they have 5 days to acknowledge a complaint! Well I’m on the countdown and will take it further if I don’t get a response to my complaint on Saturday.

@SY_Supertram Dropped passengers off at cricket inn road with no clear instructions of where to go. It’s a 25 minute walk back to the train station. Such poor communication from the driver and tram attendant
