🌺One pupil had made a thank you card at home that she decided she would like to give to a veteran. She met this wonderful gentleman that was a veteran from World War II. He said the card and poppy biscuit had made his day. I think it was a special day for them both🌺

🌺It was was so lovely to see past and current pupils taking part in the Remembrance Day parade on Sunday. It was also lovely to see members of the class giving out the poppy biscuits that they had made in class to the veterans🌺

🌺On Friday we walked down to the village to pay our respects and laid our fingerprint painted wreath. When we were there we got to meet Cllr Rob Evans and he allowed us to help him put up the flags. He was very pleased to see us visiting the memorial garden🌺

If any pupils that have left my class in Year 1 or 2 have any wet weather suits that they no longer need or that do not fit them, please could we have them as a stock for the class if they are no longer of use to yourselves. We would be extremely grateful😊 #recycling
