Elevator still out of service at Don Mills Station despite being told by @ttchelps that it was scheduled to be running today. Looks like it's being worked on. Live accessibility updates also unavailable today. There needs to be better accessibility and communication from the #TTC
Fan Expo, Jays Game, CNE open and shuttle buses made for some very unsafe crowding at St Clair station today. Crowd control officer pushed in front of a bus, I think someone's foot was run over, absolute mayhem. #ttcfail#torontolife@cityoftoronto
@WestJet moved our departure in an upcoming trip to 6:15am, meaning that with a toddler we will have to leave for the airport at 3am. we'd already booked the earliest doable flight for our sanity. Now if we want to change it it will cost $460 each. FML.
Shout out to Narges, my wizard barrista at the North York Centre @StarbucksCanada who helped concoct a wicked Frappuccino recipe for my birthday! They made all my strawberry chocolate dreams come true 🥳
Still have not received our order placed Dec. 26th from @LastmansBadBoy and they've stopped responding now that I've asked for a refund. At what point is this just considered theft on their part?
Why has @LastmansBadBoy not been shut down yet? Continuing to sell products that they do not actually have and stringing customers along with false ETAs. So many reviews and complaints filed with no results. Still waiting on our order from December! @CityNewsTO@blogTO@CBCNews
@Kimberelli145@LastmansBadBoy Good luck. We've been waiting for one since December and customer support keeps telling us it will be at their distribution centre in 1-2 weeks. No response since I finally asked for a refund. Filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau.
@FreakazoidReal I have, and unfortunately they don't help with my location. My usual commute should take 35 minutes, alternate route is ~1hr, shuttle days are 1hr to 1hr 30 depending on efficiency/crowding and start/end points. Only really worth it if shuttle delays are severe.
As a weekend worker I am really struggling with the high frequency of weekend closures on Line 1. It has been nearly every weekend in March and will be every foreseeable weekend in April. Please give us a break @TTChelps Doubled commute times are exhausting. @cityoftoronto#YYZ
@TTChelps@cityoftoronto Reply received. While I respect the work being done, several other cities with subway systems manage to complete similar work without so much disruption to the train lines. There has to be a better balance of on weekends and off weekends. How can we advocate for this?
@LastmansBadBoy Order#1000579445 We haven't received our order placed Dec 26th. Emailed support 2 weeks ago, no response, and haven't gotten through to customer service on the phone for days. How can I get assistance on this?
@DominosCanada I'm so confused. We just saw a Dominos delivery happening in our building. When we went online to order it said no delivery available right now from any Dominos in our area. Is there a glitch?
@JohnFilionTO Almost wiped out twice on this very icy portion of Yonge St by Park Home that hasn't been cleared effectively. Is this stretch city property?
@ROOTS Hi there, this wasn't an order. As mentioned, it was purchased directly at your stand at a holiday market (Distillery District) so I don't have an order number.
@ROOTS Just bought these for my partner on Wednesday at your holiday market shop and four days later they already have a hole worn through. The website isn't clear on how to get this addressed.
@TTChelps@TTCnotices Totally understand the emergency and the need to extend the shuttles (and I'm so sorry for the stress of having to navigate that), just not the station choice. Accessibility and safety need to be accommodated. Dundas and Wellesley on either side both have elevators.
@TTChelps@TTCnotices College Station is mayhem now that shuttles have been extended to start there instead of at Bloor. Strollers and walkera being hoisted onto escalators and up long staircases. This is not an accessible or safe solution.
