I would like to request assistance in tracing a transaction sent to a Sterling Bank virtual account.

Recipient account details provided by the platform:
Account Name: Desmond Ovien
Bank: Sterling Bank
Account Number: 6981715716

The payment was sent through OPay Digital Services Limited and they have confirmed that the funds were successfully disbursed from their system.

However, the receiving platform (@JustMarkets_ ) has not credited the deposit and asked me to contact the receiving bank for further investigation.

Kindly assist in tracing this transaction using the session ID and confirm if the funds were received into the account or advise on the next step.
